Vanadyl supports increased protein synthesis and boosts in strength, muscle hardness and energy.
How Taken
For best results, take 2 capsules at least 30-45 minutes before meals, drink at least eight glasses of water throughout the day, follow a sensible diet, and exercise 30-60 minutes most days.
Drug Class and Mechanism
Athletes have long used Vanadyl to increase their performance. It is believed to play a role in regulating the body's blood sugar levels, similar to insulin. Studies show that Vanadyl mainly helps the muscle cells uptake glucose (instead of fat cells (adipocytes) uptaking glucose).
Basically, by mimicking the actions of insulin, Vanadyl forces more proteins, amino acids, and carbohydrates directly into muscles. Vanadyl is an awesome, popular supplement that seems to work for building better muscles.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of Vanadyl, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
Storage
Store Vanadyl at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep Vanadyl out of the reach of children and away from pets.
